At Comics de Navaja LLC, we are committed to delivering your collectibles safely, securely, and with the care they deserve.
Order Processing
- In-stock items typically ship within 7–14 business days after payment is received
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped
Pre-Sale Items
- All pre-sale items will ship according to the estimated shipping date (ETA) listed in the product description
- Orders containing pre-sale items will not ship until all items are available
- Shipping delays may occur due to publisher or production timelines, which are outside of our control
Packaging Standards
We take pride in providing a world-class collector experience:
- Comics are shipped bagged & boarded
- Securely packaged in protective materials (Gemini mailers or equivalent)
- Extra care is taken for high-value or limited editions (FOIL, VIRGIN, COA items)
Shipping Rates & Carriers
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier rates **Rate Subject to Change**
- We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL
Delivery Responsibility
- Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Comics de Navaja LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with delivery:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the packaging and items
