  • We do not guarantee third-party grading outcomes (including CGC or CBCS)

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final except as outlined in our Return Policy.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion
  • In the event of pricing errors, we may cancel or adjust orders accordingly

4. Pre-Sale Items

  • Pre-sale items are sold with estimated shipping dates (ETAs)
  • Delays may occur due to publisher, artist, or production timelines
  • By purchasing, you agree to wait for fulfillment within reasonable industry standards
  • No cancellations or refunds are permitted on pre-sale items

5. Orders & Payment

  • All payments must be completed at checkout
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Orders may be canceled if billing or shipping information cannot be verified

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer

    • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
    • Carrier delays or service disruptions

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrectly shipped items
  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide proof of delivery, tracking, and order confirmation to dispute chargebacks
